Went jogging just now, claimed my 3 rounds non-stop.

Claimed my 22 floors and my my, the view is marvellous!

Thank God for the inspiration to climb those floors. When I have time, I take photos of the view~ WoHOH!

not as good, but almost there~

Realized that having the radio on while claiming those steps is good as well. Cos you cant hear the pulsating heart or heavy breathing. You’re just climbing.

Unless of course your leg muscles are aching. 😀
