Went by to KTM at Tanjong Pagar to take photos with cher! @tangenghui and @luvyun
Old School…
“Dont it always seem to go, that you dont know what you got till its gone, they pave paradise and put up a parking lot”

Creative Culinaire – Baking with the heart
Went by to the dinning outlet of Creative Culinaire the other day,
its called
Cafe Pralet
The outlets were actually side by side
The Baking School
The Dinning Outlet.
I didnt know that, seriously. I had the impression that I’ll be eating at Crealtive Culinaire literally. So I took the steps up to the glass door. Looking through it, I saw packs of like “flyers” thingy, then I push open the glass door, I saw metal tables thats used in typical bakery.
I was like O_O
OKie RETREAT!!!! BACKUP!!!! BACKUP!!!
😀
Obviously something is not right… cannot be a eatery is like that right? What? novelty idea, let you “walk passed” the baking scenery to your food?
Cannot be lo…
So I patiently waited for the friends to come:
TaDa! the yandaos!
We ordered Fish and Chips, Tofu Burger and Seafood Bake Rice.
We can order the main course only or top it up and make it a set. Comes with Drinks and a cake. The Price for the set meal is pretty oki 🙂
Seafood Bake Rice:
The cheese was just nice and the rice is tasty, not like bland or overbearing.
Tofu Burger:
The “Meat” has the taste of Tempe (a malay/ BaBa traditional food) in it.
Fish and Chips~
Heard alot of HooHaa about it, think its overrated. 🙂 I still prefer the one at 15 minutes cafe. Probably because its a different batter? 🙂 To Each Its Own.
But…
Their Signatured Pralet is a MUST TRY! Kick yourself if you are there and you didnt try it! *unless of course u have medical reasons then you are forgiven*
Its like Bakerzin’s Sweet Pleasure ‘cept without the chocolate slices.
Its not indicated but I think I tasted Hazelnut.
its crunchy crunchy at the bottom~
*bItes LiPs… Sssss..
Brownie with Ice Cream~ *plain classic* *nothing jumpy*
Apple Crumble~ *Very friendly*
Hmm… Choices?
Seafood Pasta, Fish and Chip (i’m bias) then Tofu Burger.
Pralet (of Course!) Apple Crumble then Brownie with Ice Cream.
Had the chance to talk to the “chief”
She was just sharing her beginnings and how the process went by.
I like philanthropy startup and hers was somewhat there. 🙂
She started off the whole baking and cooking passion because of the need to move on from an event in life. You know when people engage themselves in activities so that changes are easier to cope with? 🙂
Then it moved on to coaching those in need to help them stand up.
But it isnt easy to just freely give cos afterall we cant pay bills with passion dont we? 🙂
Hence came about the idea of having paid classes, it builds and it builds, people without heart to stay on left, people who stayed became pillars of what Creative Culinaire is today 🙂
Chef Judy, Baking with the heart.
Care for some Pralet?

how did you celebrate your Father’s Day?
My sister came over and I stayed at home. In the evening we went out for a meal and he request to take a stroll at Woodlands Waterfront.
😀 Ya… I know again 😀
But no I’m a good girl, I didnt do long exposure. I snap and go snap and go.
Simple dinner: Chicken Chop, Lamb Chop, Chicken Wing, Fried Carrot Cake, Fish Soup with Rice. 🙂 My brother made time. 🙂
It was about sunset time when we went over,
This was P mode, direct shot, thats y it became like that. It wasnt exactly that dark. More like whats on the next pic~
Was walking halfway when my daddy sounded and said “Huo Cha lai le”
😀 Train’s here, 🙂 The one going across the Causeway~
and we carried on walking~
Can see the sun shinning on my dad’s arm… 🙂 *nice…
It was about like this:
We went for ice cream~
Which was pretty surprising considering my dad is very strict about his diet.
My bro found a dog,
and we saw the gathering of the PaPas! 😀
Then the sky got really drama:
TaDa!
My dad enjoys talking about his glamorous past, and my brother hadnt been around much lately, so it was good excuse for me to be running about in close proximity with my camera. 😀
Talking about catching crabs and having crabs float/swim on the surface.
After strolling over to the other end and back, my brother decided to check out the adult friendly playground. 😀
He said he could handle the high elements in adventure parks, but this one, stepping inside the nets feels like stepping into emptiness. 😀
He’s at least 1.7m so its really adult friendly 🙂
While me and my dad we’re just sitting down there drinking our yakult talking the night away. 😀
Soon it got late and we decided to walk home~
Happy Belated PaPa day to the daddys thats reading my blog~
Jiggle over to my flickr account to see the photos in better quality~

It was interesting to step into a professional Photography Studio
So Pink Right!!!! I Like!!!! 😀
Old School!!!!
He was sharing about his visions and his past. How he started as a commercial photographer.
Products and stuff.
The trainings that he went through. Using film to shoot, every click is money that taught him details and picture perfect. 😀
He very bad, cos he made 4 brides cry 😀
The brides cry bcos they want all the photos he took for them but couldnt afford to. 😀
4 brides… 😀 my goodness.
He was sharing about creativity in a photo.
Like a chopstick on a table, how do u shoot it so that it’ll become interesting to look at?
I like this photo the most!
I like how that moment was capture, the kids being so curious about what was being shot. 😀
So how? chopstick on table. How to shoot an interesting photo out of it? Leave a comment reply~

Went by to Skype Roadshow the other day, courtesy of XPR, @daphnemaia
Seriously I have no idea. I dont have a webcam so I tot it doesnt apply to me.
no no… not talking about the three eye monster, the little green man.
Skype is mobile communication like your telcos, ‘cept the difference is you dont pay for talktime, you pay for data charges. 😉
According to this guy:
Its 1mb+ for 10mins. Cool huh? 😀 quite affordable~
At home on TV~
Where you can get the whole family to sit down together and talk to relatives or even brothers and sister’s thats overseas studing~
Businesses~
What was originally meant for peer communication is now valid and available for business use.
Do you know…
Its a free app actually~
On the side note, eyecandy~!~!
Heres the babe playing with the devices~ 😀 I love that smile on her face! So sweet!
The power of technology…
